Face Mask (4 Pack)
Our mask, like our line of clothing are made in Korea. In the past 20 years the country of South Korea has dealt with and overcame multiple respiratory challenges, from SARs to basic everyday pollution. As is such our mask are made of the same material every day South Koreans wore as the country became a model on how to combat COVID19. What makes our mask better than cotton?

- Washable, reusable, stretchy and won't shrink
- Handmade for high quality and durability
Lastly, here at ELMNTL, we're taking on this mission because it's how we hope to help in this fight. These are NOT medical grade, but they will help flatten the curve. For every order, ELMNTL will be donating $15 to a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to fighting this fight.
- Inner layer (Black): Polyester 90% / Polyuretane 10%
- Outer layer (Navy) : Polyester 92% / Polyuretane 8%

- Wash before using. Color may bleed during the wash since it's dark color.
- We recommend gentle hand wash with mild soap and air dry (lay flat).
- Do not bleach. No iron.
- This mask is not for medical use (does not contain filters). If you're seeking a face mask to wear in relation to medical issues, please consult with your medical professional.
- Earloop straps are not adjustable.
- You may experience shipping delays with the continued spread of coronavirus.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we can not take returns/exchanges for this item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ELMNTL PIECES?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped to you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number. You can also find the tracking number by logging in to view your ELMNTL account.
For orders placed within the continental United States, standard shipping orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). If you choose domestic expedited shipping option in the United States, your shipment is estimated to be delivered in 2 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Want to return? No problem, shipping back your order will only take a moment!
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with all ELMNTL tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we don't accept returns on undies.
- Merchandise returned without the original tags, or damaged tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- We cannot accept international returns at this time.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
We totally get you! We're happy to extend our return period past 30 days for gifts and can issue you a credit for the price of the items purchased. Just shoot us a note at email@example.com with the Order # and let us know you'll be returning a gift. Please make sure your items are new, unwashed, and with tags attached and we can issue you a store credit upon receipt of the returned pieces.
